+    Executive Support Responsibilities:
       o    Assisted Principal and Director of Acquisitions with recording Investor’s Private Placement Memorandums, processing Acceptance Letters and mailing Distribution Checks.
        o    Support investor relations – Keep accounts up to date, distribute K1s, address investor inquiries.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

+ Facilitate access to all company marketing images and files on database
+ Started online training concept in the Education department. Interactive webcasts. Schedule and set up webcast dates and training. Provide technical support as needed. Design Training materials.
+ Manage 30+ independent Contractor schedules and payroll as well as booking their travel arrangements. Replenish all working kits. 
+ Coordination of all education-related events such as seminars and trainings; create and distribute flyers, set up online registration pages, set up e-blasts.
+ Maintain beauty salon license, continuing education hour certificates and beauty memberships up to date.
